DigniFi is a financial services company based in Bellevue, Washington, that caters to the needs of its clients by offering them transparent financial solutions. The company provides flexible loans to its clients with the most affordable terms possible. DigniFi’s approval process lays its foundation on advanced analytics that enable loan seekers with poor credit scores to be eligible for an auto repair loan. DigniFi has more than 100 employees with a customer base of over 40,000.

What Kind of Loan Does DigniFi Offer?

Established in 2012, DigniFi is dedicated to redefining the vehicle financing sector by eradicating the barriers people face while getting an auto repair loan. Today (in 2022), 10 years from its inception, DigniFi offers a wide range of financing options that are fast and flexible. The main goal of bringing such transparency to its loan system is to ensure that the customers get exactly what they are looking for while enabling their cooperating businesses to grow their revenue streams significantly.

DigniFi has a simple, flexible, yet effective auto loan process that helps its customers get a vehicle repair loan without any hassle. DigniFi gives customers full control and power by making the application process seamless. Its application forms are available at most vehicle dealers and auto repair shops in the country. DigniFi has a contactless process for everything, from vehicle repairs that require immediate attention to new accessories and products. Not only this, the company supports on-the-spot decisions, allowing customers to get back on the road as soon as possible.

DigniFi gives its customers access to several special financing programs for repairs and service work, vehicle service contracts, parts and accessories, preventative maintenance, tires, bodywork, prepaid maintenance packages, insurance deductibles, etc.

DigniFi’s Loan Process

Consumers get a 90-day zero-interest period for their loan settlement from the lender. It comes with roadside assistance for customers along with a vehicle protection plan that covers more than 215 auto parts. For these two options, you will have to pay a small additional cost that will be added to your monthly premium. DigniFi has a paperless online application for U.S. citizens who:

  • Reside in a qualifying state
  • Are over 18 years old
  • Have a Social Security Number (SSN)

Please note that the lenders can’t offer to finance those who live in North Dakota, Massachusetts, Vermont, South Carolina, or West Virginia. For all of its auto repair loans, DigniFi offers flexible terms and fixed annual percentage rates (APRs) with no hidden charges or penalty fees if you want to settle your loan in advance.

How Does DigniFi’s Loan Process Work?

To get started with a loan process with DigniFi, all you need to do is visit its website and click on “Get Prequalified” or “Request Demo” if you need one. Clicking on “Get Prequalified” will take you to a four-step loan application process. First, create an account by filling in the relevant personal information. Then follow the prompts you see on the screen until you have completed the application process.

Documents You Will Need

DigniFi doesn’t clearly state or clarify the documents you might need for the application process. Based on the nature of the loan, like an auto repair loan, here are the documents that you will need to keep handy:

  • Copy of your ID card
  • Social Security Number (SSN)
  • Proof of your residence, employment, and income

Once you are done with your online application, you will receive a confirmation via email requesting you to sign the agreement. It is up to you whether you want to sign it electronically or manually. As soon as you sign the agreement, the auto repair shop will receive the funds within 48 hours.
