The 2015 Honda Crosstour came with a New Vehicle Limited Warranty, which covered most defects for three years or 36,000 miles. This warranty has now expired.

The New Vehicle Limited Warranty didn’t cover normal wear and tear, repairs from collisions, or fluid changes. It also didn’t cover cosmetic repairs or chipped or broken glass. The New Vehicle Limited Warranty also came with the replacement of original key fob batteries or windshield wiper blade inserts for six months.

2015 Honda Crosstour Warranty Powertrain Warranty

All powertrain components of the 2015 Honda Crosstour were covered under the Powertrain Limited Warranty for five years or 60,000 miles. The Powertrain Limited Warranty covered defective or faulty engines, transmissions, transaxles, front-wheel-drive systems, and rear-wheel-drive systems.

The Powertrain Warranty has now expired for the 2015 Honda Crosstour.

Corrosion Perforation Warranty

The 2015 Honda Crosstour was covered under a Rust Perforation Limited Warranty for five years with no mileage limit. This warranty covered the replacement of body panels corroded from the inside out.

The Rust Perforation Limited Warranty didn’t cover other vehicle parts besides body panels. It also didn’t cover surface rust or rust from the vehicle being immersed in water.

Air Conditioning Warranty

A separate Air Conditioning Warranty didn’t come with the 2015 Honda Crosstour. Air conditioning repairs were included in the Federal Emissions Warranty for three years or 36,000 miles.

Honda did cover air conditioning refrigerant for the first two years or 24,000 miles of vehicle ownership. This warranty has now expired for the 2015 Honda Crosstour.

Paint Warranty

A separate Paint Warranty wasn’t available for the 2015 Honda Crosstour. The New Vehicle Limited Warranty may have covered some paint defects, but this is now expired.

Battery Warranty

The 12-volt battery on the 2015 Honda Crosstour was covered under the New Vehicle Limited Warranty for three years or 36,000 miles. This has now expired.

Tire Warranty

The original tires of the 2015 Honda Crosstour were covered under a separate Manufacturer’s Warranty. You can contact your Honda dealership to find out who holds your warranty.

The Federal Emissions Warranty covered the 2015 Honda Crosstour for three years or 36,000 miles. This warranty covered repairs or replacements of emissions parts like the crankcase control or evaporative and refueling emissions control.

2015 Honda Crosstour drivers in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington were also covered under the California Emissions Warranty for three years or 50,000 miles.

Some parts of the 2015 Honda Crosstour were covered for an extended seven years or 70,000 miles under the Federal Emissions Warranty, but this has now expired.

Additionally, the Clean Air Act requires manufacturers to cover the catalytic converter, engine computer, and onboard diagnostics for eight years or 80,000 miles.

2015 Honda Crosstour Warranty Extensions Available Upon Car Purchase

All 2015 Honda Crosstour drivers were eligible to purchase an extended service contract through Honda Care at the dealership. This extended warranty was available in six-, seven-, or eight-year plans, up to 120,000 miles.
