Returns and Warranty

30 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy*

Applicable Products: FIXD Sensor

If you are unhappy with any FIXD product for any reason, request a full refund within 30 days after the date of delivery.

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return authorization must be requested prior to the 30 day time period of the order being delivered. To request a label, the order number and delivery address zip code will be required. (The order number should be in either a GO or FIXD format – “FIXD123456”.)
  • FIXD Sensor:
  • For orders that begin with “FIXD”, request an RMA here.
  • For orders that begin with “GU”, request an RMA  here.
  • For orders that begin with “GO”, request an RMA  here.
  • For orders that begin with “UP”, request an RMA here.
  • If there are issues requesting a return label, contact the support team by submitting a ticket here.
  • The product must be returned to FIXD Automotive in good condition (not physically damaged, broken, or altered).

Additional terms and conditions:

  • The product must be purchased from FIXD Automotive or from an approved affiliate/re-seller.
  • Shipping fees, warranty, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
  • The product must have been purchased from FIXD Automotive or an approved affiliate/re-seller.
  • Clearance Items are not included in this return policy. See “All Sales Final & Clearance Sales” below for terms and conditions.

*All Holiday orders can be returned for a refund 30 days after the delivery date or two weeks after the registration date (whichever date is later; Applies to the FIXD sensor only). This policy ends on January 15th, 2022. Beginning January 16th, 2022, the standard 30-day return policy takes effect.

1 Year Limited Warranty

Applicable Products: FIXD Sensor, VIZR

This Limited Warranty applies to the product purchased from FIXD Automotive for 1 year time period.

FIXD will replace any damaged or inoperative product by sending a new replacement product.

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from FIXD is 365 days from the date of delivery. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product delivery date.

The Limited Warranty does not cover the product in which problems were caused by:

  • Malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in manufacturing or in materials.

To obtain the limited warranty, the following steps must be taken:

  • The defect must be brought to the attention of the support team by submitting a ticket here prior to the end of the 1 year period ensuring that steps are taken to diagnose the issue with the support team.
  • The product is returned with a pre-paid return label provided by the support team

Additional FIXD limited warranty terms and conditions:

  • The product will be replaced with a new product. No refunds will be given under the warranty.
  • The product can not be intentionally altered in any way. If there is any indication, FIXD can deny the warranty claim.
  • The 1 year warranty period is only applicable to the date of delivery for the original order. This period does not restart when a new product is delivered.
  • Issues with the app do not warrant a defect in the product.
  • The product must be purchased from FIXD Automotive or from an approved affiliate/reseller.
  • If you are an affiliate/reseller, and you wish to return the product, you must be approved by FIXD Automotive, and provide proof of approval upon request.

30 Day Cancellation Policy

Applicable Product: Premium Subscription

If a sensor was included at no cost along with the Premium subscription, the sensor must be returned during the trial period or within 30 days of the initial charge date to cancel the trial or request a refund for the FIXD Premium Subscription.

You have 30 days from the initial charge date to request a refund for the FIXD Premium subscription. A refund will result in the immediate termination of the subscription and access to the subscription will be revoked. A refund is only applicable to the first year of the subscription. No refunds will be issued for subsequent charges for the renewal of the subscription. 

The subscription can be canceled at any time. Canceling the subscription will stop all future charges for the subscription. You will have access to the subscription until the end of the billing period. 

Note: This policy does not apply to Apple subscriptions. We are unable to process refunds for Apple subscriptions, so refunds are left to the discretion of Apple. 

All Sales Final & Clearance Sales

Applicable Products: Clearance items sold and denoted with “all sales final”

Items denoted as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. No refunds will be made on items purchased during the following Clearance Sales: Spring Clearance Sale, 4th of July Clearance Sale, Back to School Clearance Sale, and Holiday Clearance Sale.

Any purchase prior to the date of the last update will be left to the discretion of FIXD, or the updated policies will stand. FIXD has the right to investigate any and all cases through previously acquired information, such as order information, FIXD account information, and other information volunteered to us.
