FIXD 30 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy

 

If you are unhappy with the FIXD product for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days after the date of shipment.

 

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

 

  • A return authorization must be requested from support (support@fixdapp.com) prior to the end of the 30 day period.

  • The FIXD sensor must be returned to FIXD Automotive in good condition (not physically damaged, broken, or altered).

 

Additional terms and conditions:

 

  • The product must be purchased from FIXD Automotive or from an approved affiliate/re-seller.

  • If you return the device on your own without a pre-paid return label from the FIXD team, the return must include all necessary order information to ensure your order is refunded properly.

  • Shipping fees, taxes, and custom fees are non-refundable.

  • The product must have been purchased from FIXD Automotive or an approved affiliate/re-seller.

 

1 Year Limited Warranty

 

This Limited Warranty applies to product purchased from FIXD Automotive for 1 year time period.

 

FIXD will replace any damaged or inoperative sensor by using a new replacement product.

 

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from FIXD is 365 days from the date of delivery. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product delivery date.

 

The Limited Warranty does not cover product in which problems were caused by:

 

  • Malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in manufacturing or in materials.

 

To obtain the limited warranty, the following steps must be taken:

 

  • The defect must be brought to the attention of the support team (support@fixdapp.com) prior to the end of the 1 year period ensuring that steps are taken to diagnose the issue with the support team.

  • The product is returned with a pre-paid return label provided by the support team.

 

Additional FIXD limited warranty terms and conditions:

 

  • The sensor will be replaced with a new sensor. No refunds will be given under the warranty.

  • The sensor can not be intentionally altered in anyway. If there is indication, FIXD can deny the warranty claim.

  • The 1 year warranty period is only applicable to the date of delivery for the original order. This period does not restart when a new sensor is delivered.

  • Issues with the app do not warrant a defect in the sensor.

  • The product must be purchased from FIXD Automotive or from an approved affiliate/reseller.

  • If you are an affiliate/reseller, and you wish to return the sensor, you must be approved by FIXD Automotive, and provide proof of approval upon request.

Any purchase prior to the date of the last update, will be left to the discretion of FIXD, or the updated policies will stand. FIXD has the right to investigate any and all cases through previously acquired information, such as order information, FIXD account information, and other information volunteered to us. Any questions, or comments about these policies should be addressed prior to the use of them.
